Mr Kanye is at it again, besides making platinum hit records about disparity of the Afican Americans. In his spare time Mr. West likes to bash at anyone from the president of United State to P diddy. In this latest outburst, Kanye West refuse to believe that his million dollars music video "Touch the Sky" did not receive the best video of the MTV Europe Awards.
